· Tracking sheets will be filled out and clients will be contacted if Covid19 is detected.

· Employees are using Covid tracker ap on and off site

· Masks are to be worn at all times while in / on our premises

How we’re screening for COVID-19

· Clients will be asked a list of questions in order to have entry to the shop

How we’re controlling the risk of transmission in our workplace

Physical distancing and separation

We have provided zones through the use of floor markers and distance separation

We have separate work areas set up – each with a germ air purifier running.

Hand sanitizer is available at multiple points throughout the shop and our bathroom is cleaned and sanitized (at common and specified points of contact) after each use.

A sensor motion air purifier is located in the bathroom and runs for one hour after each use

Cleaning

Cleaners and sanitizers available at multiple points throughout the shop.

We clean and sanitize all areas used by each guest.

We have 15 minutes between appointments to conduct this cleaning (more time as needed)

Air purifiers are at ceiling x 2 and on desks and 1 in bathroom

Entry doors are opened regularly to maintain ‘clean air flow’

Fans to be brought in to help with this (especially during the winter)

Overhead fan in HVAC system running all the time to keep air flowing.
